With a journey that began in early 2020, I built and operated cross-border e-commerce systems, beginning with marketplace-based dropshipping and evolving into independent brand ownership through Shopify. My journey started with operational experimentation on eBay, where I gained hands-on experience in supplier management, pricing strategy, and margin control.
Over time, this evolved into a more structured brand-building approach with Hokipower—a home & kitchen-focused Shopify brand built around owned infrastructure, conversion design, and long-term positioning. This progression allowed me to move beyond transactional selling into system-driven digital commerce architecture.
